does anybody know the actual difference? here are links to the specific products i am talking about.

<a href="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00008WMBT/qid=1061827367/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1_etk-electronics/104-1346512-4166322?v=glance&s=electronics&n=172282" target=blank>wireless bridge</a>
anyway, here is the thing, the gaming adapter is much cheaper, but i dont know what else is incorporated with it that might restrict its access. when i asked some folks at the "friendly" best buy, they said that the gaming adapters are only for internet and i should get an 802.11b gaming adapter anyway, cuz internet surfing on your console wont get any faster than that connection. but i want to be able to transfer file to my console at the rate of 54g. its not just for browsing the internet for me, and i was curious if anybody had any experience with either of these two products. basically, i want to know if the gaming adapter will work just as well for another computer or if there is something hinky about it that will keep it from doing what i want it to do. thanks a lot guys . . .

i was gonna post a topic about wireless networkin actually.... im gonna get broadband and ive bean told its faster to connect multiple computers using internet sharing and using one PC as the host for the connection.
Was wonderin if wireless networking is anygood / pro's n con's etc. is it fast and reliable enough?
any feedback would be apprececiated
Actually the fastest method is a Broadband Router and a switch with all the machines plugged into it.
NS
im still strokin my chin about gettin a USB ADSL modem or a PCI one, ive not got USB 2.0 on this mobo, dont know if that will affect speed in any way.
Just my $.02.
