RAID Problem...

I have two RAIDs in my setup, one being a Primary RAID with my OS and apps on it and my second one being a storage RAID. The problem is that when I booted my system up today it was trying to boot of the storage raid. It doesn't have a fricking OS on it. I was wondering how you make it so it doesn't boot off that RAID. It gives me a boot.ini error and says that the hal.dll is missing or corrupted. I reformatted my Primary RAID thinking that it went to hell but it wasn't that... Plz help

I know of no way of doing this since i need to use the SCSI boot option in the BIOS. I don't believe there is anyway to change the SCSI boot order...?? Any help to fix this problem would be appreciated...

Try this: disconnect the storage array, boot from the Windows CD and perform a repair install, or use the repair console and type either 'fixboot' or 'fixmbr' at the prompt.

if you're using a Rocketraid 404 or similar, which is the one I can relate to at least, there should be an option in the bios manger of that to set boot array/disk.

Dunno if this applies here, but I didn't see any specs so I thought I'd mention it.
