    Samsung 191T
    Viewsonic VX900 or something similar

both 19", may or may not be in price range

the best gaming LCD would be a 17" with a crazy response time

The 17" LCDs that have a 16ms response time are the NEC, Hyundai, and BenQ at this time... and they're all around $400 USD (or less).

be sure to check the model specs as some 17" models don't have the 16ms response time.

wonder why these guys are saying its 25ms seek time... maybe that 15 and 10 add up?

reffering to the gnr 19inch model

    exactly... that's 15 ms=rise time
    10 ms=fall time
    25 ms=total response time

then in that case, i woulndt go for that one, since 25ms responce time will end up giving you annoying fading and shadowing on black backgrounds with white stiff moving around, plus it means blurry action gaming.

but if all you wanna do it browse and stuff then i guess your good..

but for ideal performance look for something under 20 ms. 15, 16 is great.
