Lack of modders....

Sheesh what the hell happened here? There was a time where case mods was pretty big on icrontic. Oh geez I'm showing my age, and the fact that I'm hiding under a different alias... Well I guess I'll just have to single handedly revive this section ;) I'll put the box online sometime this week hopefully. In the mean time post mods you've done!!!!!!!

    I bought a good case (Lian Li) so I didn't have to mod... good airflow, good looks (maybe it could use a window and a few lights)... but it's sleek and practical...

    i dont really see the need to mod my case. I have a plexiglass window and some green Led fans already

    i think he's talking more about funky light shows and watercooling etc..

    or maybe hes talking making a lego case or something, ive seen a few of those. This section is dead now and i agree. There is a seperate section for water cooling (i think)

    sigh, buying a premod case, where the hell is the fun in that?

    i'm talking about making the coolest things ever. i guess the old case modding crowd just never came back after the fall of the first icrontic.

    ive modded a shuttle xpc since the old icrontic, put some nifty color changing paint on and some leds on the front thing, maybe ill take some pics then

    My PC, except mine has two meteor lights in the front (on either side of the front panel), a red 6 LED fan in the back, the top fan sits outside, and the IDE cables have EL wire braidd in. Also, the PSU fan glows and the power cables are sleeved in orange UV reactive sleeving.

    Still have to find a way to clean up my cables. Doing some sleeving of the inverter wires tomorrow or thursday.

    well, i did a couple mods to the case I have now, cut a window out and rounded some cables, then i added laser leds to give it an eerie red opening. I have more ideas to do to it but the lack of funds and time has made it difficult.

    I have the window still in the case, the rounded cables died on me and i misplaced the led somewhere in this dorm room. i'll put up a picture of what it looks like this weekend (or monday at the latest). I have a lot of plans on mods, plus some really good article ideas that I'll be posting in here probably on a weekly basis.

    So lets work on reviving this section!!!

    i wouldn't mind doing it. I'm an old member that just made some enemies in the past so I've taken up a new alias to hide from em.
