Post Your Mod
alright guys as promised i got my stuff together and got some pictures taken.
This computer is the first mod i've ever done so don't be too unimpressed.
the sticker in the corner came from when I donated blood, says "hug me, i gave blood today." needless to say it didn't work being worn on me so i stuck it there.
moving on...
nevermind the unmade bed, college students don't clean very often, well atleast we don't. This picture shows of the window I cut into the side. Armogeddon00 and I spent an entire day on that just because the molding never wanted to stay in place. props to him for being the one to finally get it to stay.
now we move on to the inside. notice the wires aren't all over the place. Armo and I had heat problems with our computers at one point. We learned that if we created a better airflow by moving cables out of the way that we would get lower temps. thus I did that to my computer. At one point in time all the cables were rounded, however the rounded ones failed on me about 4 months ago so these ones are pretty new, i rounded one without cutting it because it was i didn't want to ruin another and it was in my way. I want to point out that with double sided tape you can pretty much do anything. at the top of the case is where i store all my extra power cables and the slack on some of the used cables as well. the cables that go down to the bottom of the case are run through the drive bays.
my laser led is not included in the picture because it is MIA as of this moment. but it usually rests in the right corner and is capable of lighting the entire case.
no more mods are going to be made to this case, i think. I'm going to start brand new this winter, be on the look out for that entire process to be recorded and placed in this channel.
