just a friendly reminder to all you overlcockers out there. remember to plug your CPU fan in after messing with the heatsink and/or processor. b/c i just forgot to and i'm one lucky mofo i still have my processor :)

    I also did something similar today. I was playing with my HDD's and I disconnected all the power cables. While I'm testing one, I reboot, stay in the bios awhile configuring and stuff and I had left the fan disconnected. Thank god it was for less t han 2mins.

    I did the same thing for running my system for 10 mins. Luckly I have a copper slk800! that save my cpu! :D Temp went up to 95C! :( Just pure luck!

    P.S. But nothing like smell of burning CPU, just kidding. ;)
