Computer shuts down while Idle

Anyone know why?

Also it keeps on turning off when the computer gets mildly overheated...

Anyone have any answers?

When you say "shutsdown when idle". Are you sure its not hibernating? Try tunring off all the powersaving crap and see if it still does it. Look in the bios for thermal shutdown temps for the overheating shutdown.
