Remote Access on Win 2k Server

I have a Windows 2000 Server box that is a DC i want to setup VPN access, how do i go about doing this?

Also what ports does Remote Desktop Connection use?

    rdp uses 3389 TCP, nothing more nothing less.

    as for VPN server in win2k, go to admin tools/ Routing and Remote Access.

    if your doing this for the 1st time, right click on your server and select configure & enable, select vpn server in the options and follow the wizard.

    you should be set.

    You also need to open up that port (if it already isn't) on any of your firewalls that you have to the outside world.
