can I flash bios without floppy drive

hi,
i never managed to get my floppy disk drive to work on my asus a7n8x deluxe (1st version) ...so i never flashed the bios.

is there a way to flash without the floppy drive?

    You can flash off C: drive but boot to dos to do it. You can also flash off a CDROM.

    ok...i didnt know that..thanks!

    but how do i create a boot cdrom. i found on the web that you can do that with nero....unfortunately i dont have nero...

    Firstly check to see if there is a web BIOS updating program for your motherboard, as this will flash the BIOS from in Windows itself.

    Else, have a look here - http://www.nu2.nu/bootcd/

    Nero is the best burning program available and you can pick it up for about £1.50 here, so I really recommend picking it up.
