Radeon 9200 SE

Ok look first im new here but im going to try and work this right...
Look I got a new Redaon 9200 SE 128MB VidCard
And it wont work... when I plug in my monitor it doesn't display a thing nothing at all!NOT EVEN MY BOIS!
Now when i plg in my old VidCard it shows everything even Bois!
Now my brain is racking and i can't figure it out maybe its somthing im over looking but i dont know.
What I did so far:
I installed all the software even updates
I updated my chipset ( so it will support 8xAgp)
And a hole s*it load of other thing but still no worky.
My PC is a:
P4 1.6GHz
I got a Via VT8233 southbridge and a VT8576 (i think?) NorthBridge
256MB SDRAM
and my motherboard has DDR support
I can't remember what the motherboard name is because it dosen't say any where in the book or on the board.

PLEASE HELP ME I'M GOING CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    this is a long shot, but..

    have you tried plugging that radeon in another pc?

    maybe the card is busted?

    Yea, it does sound like the card is dead. Does you computer go crazy with the beeps when you start it with the 9200SE plugged?
