When ever I go online, I can find this in Ctrl-ALt-Delete:

ccpxysvc (not responding)

Why? What does it do? Should I be worrying so much?

    Found this:

"Ccpxysvc - Common Client Proxy Service. This task is found in Norton Personal Firewall 2003/4 and Norton Internet Security 2003/4 under Windows 2000/XP."

Now, about it not responding: I don't know about that one.

Well, sounds like Norton's having issues and may need to be reinstalled. If this problem persists please contact your software vendor for more support.

Yeh - been emailing with Norton. Best so far is to disable it in msconfig.
