Anyone with earthlink using a FTP program to upload files to thier site?

I need help. I have earthlink and i've been using thier Earthlink Total Access program to get to put files onto my FTP page. I do not want this program on my computer because it messes with my IE Favorites. So is anyone here with earthlink using an FTP program to upload files to their ftp page? If so, what settings do you put in?
