ok trillian and aol users, anyone else get this message?

so i left for work this morning, and i didnt turn off or log off any of my services with trillian. so i get in to work, and i get this message when i log in.

AOL System Msg: Your screen name (RareCrowd) is now signed into AOL(R) Instant Messenger (TM) in 2 locations. Click here for more information.

('here' is underlined with a link to this addy)

now i have done this plenty of times before, and it typically just logs me off at home. anybody else experience this? is this a scam? why would password be in the link? am i being paranoid? i just remember the days of old-school aol when all these punk kids would try to phish for passwords and credit cards and stuff. anyway, just wondering if anyone had any ideas . . .

    Google's directory brings up AIM.com as "The official Web site of AOL Instant Messenger. Exchange messages with friends, family, and colleagues online."
