KR7A Video Problem

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could help me. Ive got a abit KR7A motherboard with an athlon Xp 1700 1x512Meg DDR ram and a Geforce2mx, 300W Power supply and everything is working fine.

I tried to upgrade the video card from the gf2 to a GeforceFX5200 (PNY 128MB). But whenever i boot with the card in i get a video card not found error, I also then put my old gf2 back in and it was still booting but when i changed any of the AGP settings it wouldnt boot ?????

Anyone any got ideas what could have been causing my issues?
What FX cards are people using with this motherboard.

    have you tried using another card besides the 5200FX? could be defective

    I have tested the fx5200 in another machine and it is fine.

    I'd just try it again (maybe not seated correctly?)... I haven't heard of video cards being temperamental.
