Stuff in my Queue

If I have a finished WU in my queue, will it automatically send it when the next one is done, or do I have to do it manually?

Anyone know what's up. My guess is the server has problems.
Anyhelp would be welcome.
Use the -queueinfo flag to check.
The -service flag is used per one of the tutorials (setting the console up as a service via firedaemon.
All queue slots are empty, it just can't seem to get a WU
(I've repeatedly deleted all the files in the folder except the fahconsole and the client.cfg)
