Networking "New to wireless"

I have looked all over the internet for some answers to
networking via a wireless ISP. I have spent a lot of time trying to
reinvent the wheel, when I know someone knows the answer. I live in a small town, no high speed cable here, out of service area for DSL. But the local ISP is now starting wireless service.
So I bought a new DLink 614+, 900AP +, three 520+ pci cards and one 650+ for the lap top.
Well now I can't seem to get this stuff hooked together so we can share the internet plus build a home network. Well I did get the home networking going but still no internet. The only way I can use wireless internet is on one computer with antenna going in to 520+ card.
I just wonder if I have the right equipment for the job?? Or do I
need to purchase some thing else? This is what DLink said I needed. I sent them a email but with no luck. I called and still don't know any more than before.
I see a lot about plugging in to a DSL line or Cable modem, but
nothing on plugging in to wireless provider. Well I hope someone can help me with this. I am running Win XP, Win 98 on all my computers. Thanks so much for your time to read this; ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT..Thank you Donn40

Your router acts as a DHCP server to provide a common IP number so all your pc's can talk together. It wil not itself be internet aware in any way.
Your wirless cards will then need to be able to also see the wireless network that your ISP is broadcasting. So when you are scanning for wirless networks you should see 2. Your router and the ISP.
However as far as I know you can only be connected to one network at a time per wirless card. So if you want your pc's to be talking to each other they'll have to connect to the signal your router is broadcasting. If you want them to be on the net you'll have to connect to the signal that your ISP is broadcasting. To be on both at once I'm pretty sure you'd need two wireless cards per machine.
Now another way this may work is to put two wireless cards in one machine have it act as the gateway to the internet then have the others connect to it through an adhoc network. In which case you wouldn't even need the router. Not sure how this would all work through 98 but through XP it should be easier because you can bridge network connections and do some other fancy things.
