My case mod transplant!

check this out guys,

a Nortel Switch went bad at the office , so i decided to grab it and put it to good use.

i stripped it down & it had nice room for this mod.

    Rad work! What sort of work did u have to do to get the PC guts in there. I'm not farmillar with the layout of nortel switches..

    Lots of soldering and drilling to make mount points for stuff?

    oh not at all,

    there was plenty of room in there.

    just took a dremel to the back of the case for the keyboard/mouse/vid etc...

    the mobo is sitting on 2 screws.
    i stripped the PSU, made afew modification to place the on/off button to the side of the case. and bam!

    Good stuff.

    You should fill in those two slots in the front with benzels or something. Or maybe put in a neato LCD monitor. :D

    Also kinda concerned about your CPU fan. Is there actually enough headroom between it and the case itself for adequate usage?
