CAN"T get rid of MSblast

I have done EVERYTHING correctly, and EVERY alternative that i can think of to get MsBlast off my comp.
and it's still here...

Can anyone help me?

    Have you already manually gone in through services (accessed easiest by typing in services.msc in the run dialog box) and disabled all the RPC functions to "Take no action"?

    Just killing the process and deleting the files manually worked for me at work, never did catch it at home thanks to Kerio.

    have you tried the symantec websites fix tools. They've always worked for me in the past whenever I had to remove something off of someone elses computer.
