Ordered from newegg ... new stuff!
Well, the Icrontic forum IRC dwellers aren't pleased with my choices :P ... but I am happy with what I got coming...
Wednesday night I ordered the following...
Abit IC7-Max 3
Intel P4 2.6C
2x256Mb Corsair XMS PC3500C2PT
Albatron GeForce FX5900 PV 128mb w/ 2.2ns memory
and a Logitech MX700 Wireless mouse...
All other stuff I have already I am keeping w/ my system.
Anything I should honestly (in a nice way of course, or as a warning) do when my stuff gets here?

Don't assemble it in the bathtub while showering.
Don't let animals hibernate inside the case.
Don't shine the Light from your mouse right in your eye.
Don't pull the cage of the fan and see if you can stop it with your nose.
Don't select mandarin as the language of choice while installing (unless of course you can speak it).
Think that's it for now.
that mobo comes with a whole bunch of goodies.
what heatsink are u using?

I will be using the stock Intel heatsink until early spring, then I will probably get whatever seems good in the Thermalright department. (No money coming that could supply water cooling )
I WILL be overclocking with it to probably the 3.1-3.2Ghz range if the cpu and temps will like me that much
My videocard will definately overclock a bit... as I have read from reviews.
As for power supplies. Im using the one I got with my Raidmax case a while ago. Im pretty sure (looks right at the psu...) its a Raidmax PSU too hehe. Rated ate 350W, I think It'll be fine. If not, in a month I'll go pick up a Antec 430W TRUEPower from CompUSA or something
As for the other reply... Those may be hard guidelines for me to follow lol
