Why is 'Heather" folding unassigned?

I was just looking through the stats and noticed that the original Heather (not Angel_Heather) had no team designation but had active processors in the past week. I don't remember who took that one over but it needs to be fixed so we get the points for S-M team 93.

I say, if folks tell us what name they are using and still fold, let them and credit them at least morally for teh folding they do accomplish and destress pure team identity. I took a Windows box online just to fold with two boxes instead of one for this team, but respect and system stability had to come first in my book. More respect for folks on it, more team identity results, and more desire to have steady producers that increase in number. But the mutually interrelatiing respect and desire have to be there to motivate team identity as well as mutual acceptance of the goal as folding to be as important as the team pure identity reinforcing it. That is because folding is as much emotionally driven as tech driven. So, while I will promote this team, will not be numbers accomplished or the name perse that is most primary for me-- it will team is people working together and the overall goal is folding and not necessarily for Short-Media in exclusion of folding, rather more the other way around. With that last, I am showing where I hang now, not where I will go or have gone. Site rep as having best team is secondary to techs to hanging out and getting along while having varying opinions-- and if that comes first, then the second will follow in part becasue of that first thing.
Having said that, I do like the aggression to get folks folding if it can be stable growth in the number of machines stably folding with gradually increasing capacity per box and numbers both. When one pushes to fast, one gets a backlash, and that was the real point of the jdii1215 excercise, not to show I was right but to show that we needed a slightly less pure elitist balance. So, I played devil's advocate-- you know what, when folks mellowed overall some, we got less backlash and last I looked we were number 9 and not number 11 as happened because folks thought we were too elite (for a while, I was under that misapprehension also, and reacted partly because of that and partly to show what a backlash like I had way back when several different ways on my own BBS played out). What happens with me, is I am trending to more accepting, but ironish rule and acceptance have to balance. Because this is a site sponsored by a media business, we also have to stay a bit right of center to stay legal, but way right will drive me away. Too much elite will also, and get a backlash. Sarcasm and irony get misunderstood, so does satire. So, I chose a new ID to have a fresh start, and the admins know this, and I swung more accepting, but not all the way to universal.
If we are seen as trying to make people fold for this business run site for enthusiats first, to a large degree, we will get mostly the core who run the media thing folding and they will be more frantic to get the rep established. If we are seen as more grateful for community growing, team will grow as community grows and what will happen is that the strongest supporters will be more short-media team and perhaps less other team but will fold beacuse they bottom line think it is right and not just cuz it is an in thing-- in things are fads, folding is for the long haul, and I hope this site is also. As I see more of this latter thing I will myself fold with more boxes, and as my business as a tech grows I will be able to afford faster gear that will produce mroe folding for this team and perhaps others also.

John. *FOLD ON!!!
