any online retailers offer "instant" credit?

hello. i am in need of a new computer system. i would like to build it myself by selecting the parts that i want from a reputable place like newegg.com.

does anyone here know of a place to shop for computers online that will offer me some type of instant credit? (obviously, i'm dealing w/ a maxed visa card, or i would already have gone to newegg, or some place like it)

    OEM (dell, compaq, gateway) will sometimes offer credit, or if you get lucky like I did, best buy could offer you a few thousand with no interest for 18 months...
