Zalman 7000ACu compatible with MSI KT3 Ultra2?

Does anybody have an idea if the Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu radiator/cooler is compatible with the MSI KT3 Ultra2 mobo? I check on the website compatibilty list (http://www.zalman.co.kr/english/product/cnps7000a-cu.htm) and can't seem to find my motherboard there. (or maybe I missed it?)
It seems that to mount I'd need, 4 mounting holes (got those), but there are two capacitors *supposedly* in the space where the mounting clip sticks out (and they are a bit higher than 19mm I think also). They are to the left from the processor socket.

Please help, I find this fan attractive, might buy it.
Or maybe I should get a Coolermaster to make my life easier?
(suggestions please!!!)

Yes it's designed to fit the 462 socket. However because of it's width it's gonna hit against the capacitors next to the northbridge. You'll see a cluster of 5 caps and you'll see the top 2 closest to the cpu socket. Those are the ones the zalman will hit.

Also look at the zalman's mounting diagram for the 462:

Because of those caps in the way, you're gonna have a hard time fitting a large heatsink. Unless you take a chance and bend them slightly over without breaking them off the board ( which i strongly suggest not to even try).

Ah yes I can clearly see it now, that the top 3 caps might not even pose a problem as much as those bottom 5.. - the top 3 might block the clip (supposedly I can cut off a piece of the clip).
But those bottom 5 might block the actual copper heatsink.
But the heatsink is in a flower shape, the bottom is thinner, and it gets thicker the higher it is. So maybe it would not touch the bottom 5 capacitors?

Maybe, maybe not. You can try and if it doesn't fit send it back for am exchange.

    Hello,
I would like to know if the Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu
radiator/fan is compatible with the Microstar (MSI)
    KT3 Ultra2 (MS-6380E) motherboard. I did not find it
on your website, is that good? Does that mean it is
    compatible?

    Thanks in advance,

I have a regular CU on my IC7-Max 3 OTES board and if it fits on that... It'll fit on anything, lol.

The NBridge hsf is pretty tall and it doesn't interfear and the OTES casing doesn't get in the way either.
