'Neutral Catalyst' ATI Driver Pack v2.7.0.1 (Catalyst 3.9 based) Released

Some new 'Neutral Catalyst' drivers have been made available for ATI graphics cards. These new drivers are based on the recently released Catalyst 3.9 driver suite, and are of course not officially supported by ATI.

    The 'Neutral Catalyst' drivers are a creation along the same lines as the 'Omega' line of drivers. An Italian website, known as 'ATI Power' produces these driver packs with the original creator and founder of the Neutral Catalyst form of ATI rip off drivers, for want of a better phrase.

    I bumped into them a few months ago, haven't tried them out first hand, but as with the Omega drivers, an alternative to ATI's officials, are always welcome.
