nVidia Riva 128 - DirectX 9.0 Supported?

I have an Onboard nVidia Riva 128 chip. I am just wondering if there is a driver for this device that allows it to be compatible with DirectX 9.0.

    you can install DX9 , since some games require it, but..

    that card does not support DX9
