Kingston or Twinmos? What do You think?

I'm planning to buy a single 512 DDRAM chip (333mhz). I'm left with two options that have acceptable pricing between $75-$100. Those are either Kingston (no, not HyperX  ) or Twinmos.

Which do You think is better? Or maybe both have advantages and disadvantages, please voice Your opinion so I can at last make up my mind. (Keep in mind the stats of my rig in my signature, I heard Geil doesn't work well with MSI mobo's, maybe Twinmos or Kingston might have a problem with any of my hardware? Just another thought) Anything I should make sure of before ordering one of those chips?

Corsair? Only corsair ram i used was platinum series. All the other stuff is crap IMHO. I spent over 4 months RMA-ing corsair's junk. Only 1 stick (256mb) ran it's rated speed and that was after i crammed 2.8v down it's gullet

Nive11en, go with the Twinmos, trust me. MY Twinmos PC3200 runs DDR500 speeds with 3v and cool as a cucumber :D

I am very happy with my Corsair XMS 3500C2 Platinum... Had no problems with this memory. It is my first time using nice stuff like this so I can't compare to anything but Generic and we know all about generic :P

Hehe ooops, I should have said that Corsair is unavailable or very hard to find in Poland. So no Corsair for me. Kingston or Twinmos? The debate continues :)

I've researched a bit about Twinmos and it comes out that the newest ones currently on sale sometimes turn out to "suck". That it is mainly the old series made on chips of Winbond and Mtec that overclock superbly (and they are hard to find). And the newest on chips of Twinmos sometimes overclock good, sometimes they are normal, and sometimes even don't go up to the specs you buy them for.

I'm not sure what to buy now, ..

What do you guys think about Infineon memory?
