fsb goes up to 140 due to network card?

I used to be able to take fsb up to 150. Even now, going to 150 is ok, memtest86 runs fine, but when I boot windows, it crushes! This issue started from the time I put a network card on my PC. I even tried an other network card, but the same problems.

Any suggestions?
