I have a Gainward Golden Sample Geforce4 TI 4200 128MB AGP 4X.
I have the one of the latest drivers avalible from nvidia (Gainward uses Nvidia Drivers, not there own). I believe it is Version: 53.04.

Haven't overclocked the video card in a while (A.K.A. for benchmarks), so went to play and tweak a little and there is no option in the settings for overclocking it. I think I remember having to "enable" the overclocking option slide bars by doing something in the registry.

Any ideas? Im sure I'm just missing somthing.

overclocking for nvidia requires a registry tweak called coolbits. it should be fairly easy to find, although the official location escapes me since i dont have nvidia anymore . . .

www.guru3d.com has just about every essential tool for Ati and Nvidia cards.

Here's the link to overclocking downloads - http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?id=13

They have coolbits and that will enable the overclocking tab. Although you might as well get nVHardPage which enables overclocking and some some other nvidia tweaking features.
