DDR2700 vs PC133

I have 2 512 PC133s and 2 256 DDR DIMMS. I have a SYNTAX Board that takes either or RAM. What is my best option? 1 gig of PC133 or 512 DDR2700?

    Unless you need to have lots of memory avalible for lots of proggies to be open at the same time, go with the faster DDR

    DDR great for gaming, but if ur doing graphics/video editing go for more ram, use the pc133
