Did it ever boot all the way to Windoze? Have you tried to reset the cmos and then reset parameters and boot into the OS? How about some specs on the computer. Did you build it? Which version of Windoze are you using? Have you run memtest? Need much more info to troubleshoot.

First if it's a compaq or a Dell then you need to hit F2 or F10 to get into the bios. Also are you getting a keyboard error because it could be that your keyboard isn't plugged in correctly.

Secondly have you tried booting off a floppy or a cd-rom and seeing if it'll get any further.

Next assuming that none of those things are issues there are a few things it could be. The install you did on another computer may be to far off of compatibility to this configuration and it can't start the pre-load for any drivers.

Next your cpu may be over heating which will cause that problem

Your Power Supply may have issues. Try booting up with only the Video card installed and no other cards in the machine. If it's all onboard stuff, well nothing you can do there.

Could also be bad ram and it's loading so far until the ram gets past a certain ammount of use and then it hits a bad section and crashes.
