SpyBot Immunize Function problem - maybe.

I just ran Adaware and Spybot - both fully updated. They found a few things, removed 'em. Mostly cookies.
I also activated the Immunize section - all three (see pic from webpage)
Now - .txt files are set to open with Internet Explorer, and I can NOT change it back to Notpad - NP is NOT in the "Open With" list, and when I browse to it - it does not change AND is not added to the list.
Notepad itself is fine, works great, and I can open files with it.
I CAN change the setting to Wordpad, but my son needs notepad for some reason.
I assumed that something I did messed it up, so I tried to turn off the Spybot things, only to find that the third section is GONE now.
Did I mess things up, and WHY is the third section gone??
Turning off other two did not help.
UPDATE: I got it back to Notepad with Folder Options, but I still want to know about Spybot.

So as for a sollution I noticed on the 1st screen there is a settings tab, maybe just dig around some more and see if there is a restore to default or anything like that. You could try an un-install and see if that fixes it, but I'm guessing it won't. However it won't make things worse.
Can't really offer anymore advice then that as I have never played around with spybot.
Hmm you could also try Hijackthis and see if it'll detect any of spybots settings and it may reverse the IE lock that's in place....
Advanced has the options I lost.
