I am guessing by the lack of response to my Axion question, that i should steer away.

I am looking at the fortron source 350 aroura.

THing is i am worried that this is not enough, but it is within my budget.

My sig is correct w/ a few additions...

a ton of stuff running off of USB...like 4 different things from printers to card readers.

Is this 350 enough, i read at Toms that it will max at 419 so it seems so but thought i would ask first. Would like to order by noon so hoping yah are areoud....

TIA

I can put a vote of confidence on the Fortron. I use the 530W model which was bought from Newegg. Most powerful psu i have ever seen to be honest. You'll get it for $85. http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=17-104-968&depa=0

    That will last you forever.

If you were me I'd get atleast 480watts probably, but I could almost put my life on it that a 350 would work, and here is why...

Old Crappy Comcrap computer specs (w/ many upgrades): (*upgraded,-taken out)

    psu
    250w, actual rating of 146w

    mobo
    who knows?

    cpu
    *1300mhz duron
    -750mhz duron

    cd/dvd drives
    2 in use

    floppy
    standard floppy

    harddrives
    *80gig seagate 8mb cache 7200rpm
    *40gig wd 7200rpm
    -30gig wd 7200rpm

    gpu
    original 4mb? crap

    fans
*only thermaltake on heatsink for cpu and in psu

    probably something I'm forgettin'
    who knows?

    memory
    *3 sticks of 256 mb pc133
    -1 stick 54 mb pc100
basically I think you could stretch by, but I wouldn't recommend it, I know that I am planning on shifting my video cards down the line and get a new better one for my better system, and when I do that I will not take chance with same psu. What's your video card size and model?
