12cap? 30cap?

In one of the customer reviews of the Intel 3.0c at newegg a guy says "Be advised, NewEgg is now shipping the SL6WU 12 cap 3.0c. Not nearly as desirable as a 30 cap." What's this cap business?

    The 30 cappers overclocks like biotches. Those are the one's to have.

    the amount of capacitors allows more OC the 30 oc like hell as mack said

    When did Intel start making these? I am basically wondering if the 12s were made last year in August or before. Anyone know forsure when these started. And does anyone have any real idea how much this could affect an overclock?
