system monitor info

Hay all


can you tell me what system monitor is for both windows 9x and 2000 have this C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools

And could this help me with my computer freezes problem

What can I do with it can I do longs .


Also is there a web site on this information on how to use this tool I like stats so this may be good tool .

    For 2000 it's called Performance Monitor, in start -> control panel -> administrative tools -> performance

    That link is for windows 2000 I have windows 98 ...

    sorry I should say computer is freezes for 5 seconds ( 1 2 )
