Windows XP Boot screens

How do I change these?

I have downloaded boot screens and renamed them and put them in the windows/32 directory. I then changed the boot.ini file with adding /KERNEL=nameoffile.exe and when I choose that option it uses the standard Windows XP Professional which I don't want.

It has SP 1 if that matters.

example:
[boot loader]
timeout=15
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP other" /fastdetect /KERNEL=aaantoskrnl1224.exe

    Looks like it will work! But I am too lazy to install photoshop or whatever I have, now where is that disk? I never use it so I don't install it. In a day or so I will try it out further, but right now I am too tired.

    Here's a program that is supposed to do it for you, after install of course. http://www.bootxp.net/ I saw that the other way seemed a bit much, just to change a boot screen. This one seems much easier.
