Deleted administrator account on XP.....please help

PLease if someone knows explain to me what i can do to correct the problem, i have tried everything even reformating, and it tells me that i have to be an admin to do that. I dont get a log in screen so i cant try another trick i seen in a forum....if anyone has an idea what to do please please please tell me.....

    Well if you reboot with the cd in you can do a complete system re-install that will take you back to square one.

    Beyond that try rebooting with the cd and going into repair. I'm pretty sure you can re-create the admin account from there, but as to the exact how I can't help you.

    On another note how exactly did you manage to delete the admin account?

    Did you try to boot into safe mode?

    reboot into safe mode, add an account with admin priviliges and make it default. I have bever tried it myself, but that's what i would try first.
