flexATX power requirements

hey guys, i have this old P3 with an Asus CUSI-FX mobo which is a flexATX form factor. wondering wats the power requirements for this type of mobo. cause im trying to fit it inside a small desktop case which is meant for a microatx. usually the power outputs from this type of cases are very small at around 150~180 watts, which IIANM is the rated power for a microatx board. wat about flexatx boards?

any ideas? thanks!
