Windows Won't Recognise My DVD & CD-R/RW Drives
I stupidly installed Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4.0 on Windows XP, ignoring the warning that the program wasn't compatable with Windows XP. Windows disabled both my DVD-ROM and CD-R/RW drives, so I uninstalled Easy CD Creator. But, both drives were still disabled, so I went into the device manager and uninstalled the drives. By the way, the drives are:
If anyone has these drivers, or has a solution to my problem, please reply!

Now, my DVD and CD-R/RW drives can read discs. But, my CD-R/RW is not able to burn CDs. In burning software, I get the message "no compatable recordable or rewritable devices found on system." When I click directly on the drive in My Computer, I get the message "E:/ is not accessable. Incorrect function." What is wrong now?
