MsgPlus..Oh, please god help me

So, I never installed MsgPlus because I knew it was just a big virus, but a friend told me "Oh, yeah, it's a great program, no spyware or nothing" so I got the install from him and installed. BIGGGGGGGG mistake. Now I have 2 toolbars that I CANNOT get rid of.

I have tried:
Ad-Aware SE (w/ updated reference files)
HijackThis (finds 2 infected files, deletes them, they come back)
Spybot S&D (w/ updated reference files)
Program Files - delete their folders - Instantly created again
Add/Remove Programs list, can't find or can't delete them

Recently got SP2 so went to:
Internet Options -> Programs -> Manage Add-On's, disabled everything there...didn't work.

Can't right click my toolbar and turn them off or nothing. I despise these searchbars more than anything else on my computer, PLEASE HELP! Oh yeah, I'm getting random popups now...CASINO! CASINO! CASINO! CASINO! CASINO!

    ok I hate to pimp another site but I doubt we can help since youve tried all of the sugestions e would give you. BUT over at www.short-media.com they have guys who get off by taking on spyware. not to mention they are basically the old IC crew

    Maybe you should try a virus scanner?
    Reformatting always works. ;)
