can't access lower multiplyers
i just recently got an xp 2500+, when i tried to oc and use lower multiplyers it won't use the lower multiplyers, it will just use the default, 11. i've tried setting them higher and lower but no luck. my board is an epox 8rda3+ w/ latest bios and everything.
