Windows Media Player as Destop Background

I remember way back when I had an ATI card with video input I used to watch TV with my computer. One of the best features of that was letting it play as the desktop background so I could still mess around with icons and stuff while its still playing. I was wondering is there a way to do that with windows media player so I can watch a movie and do other things with the movie playing as full screen in the background? If not WMP, maybe some other program?
