Hyperlinks no longer work...

Hi,
I have a big problem with my hyperlinks not working outside of IE. It all started when I installed Firefox to see what the hype was all about. Firefox crashed everytime I opened a page so I uninstalled it. Well I thought that was the end of my problems but then I discovered that no hyperlink worked in any of my other programs outside of IE. So I went into "file types" and set the files that was still associated with Firefox to IE. That didnt work so I am at my witts end. Can anyone help me?

    is IE set back to being your default browser?

    Start > Set Program Access and Defaults. It's somewhere in there under custom or something. I'm on these stupid college computers, and nearly everything is locked out. So, I can't check right now. But give that a try, setting IE back to default.

    Yea I went into Internet options and under programs and clicked "reset web settings" works great now. :)
