Anyone heard of this game? I like MMORPG's but never wanted to pay so much a month. does this game cost anything? ive searched and havent found weatherit does or not. BUT if it doesnt i am gonna pre order!

    No, there will not be a monthly subscription fee of any kind, anywhere in the world.

    From what I've heard, it becomes rapidly boring. I can't attest to this though.

    Guild Wars is AWESOME. i helped test it about 6-7 months ago. it was really fun.

    yes there has, there was a public event for about a week during and around E3. It was good fun and I only just managed to scratch the surface with the game really.

    Lots of players, fun missions, and none of the usual meat grinding you have to do with some MMORPGs. Mind you, in a game that only lasted a week there wasnt much difference between the newbies and those who were a little further along in the game. Suppose that could change when it goes retail.

    I will buy it though, the graphics are great and the gamelay was very balanced for such an early preview. Even archers we very useful if used properly.

    yeah, i participated in that public test thingy, and i really enjoyed it a lot. its a pretty great little game, imo. also, no monthly fee, which, even if you think the game is absolute crap, you should buy it just for that . . .

    i was a huge EQ fan i had lvl 32 rouge and a wizard but when it went to 14 an hour thats when i packed up and quit

    i played the E3 test, it was awesome
