After installing SP2 from CD, I just now discovered this problem:

I write music tracs to CD as normally do via Windows Media PLayer 9.

I can play the music from PC CDROMDVD or CDRW drives with WMP9-No problem :D

I can play this CD from my vehicle CD player[Sony]-No problem. :D

XXXXX, but I cannot play the CD from my home[Phillips-Older] CD player=It does not see the disk.."No disk".
XXXXX, the same happens from a friends homeCD player[Brand new]

I compared it to same CD made before SP2, but same extn=.cda files, so the problem must lie in how Windows close the disk at the end when writing.

Any help on this one ?

You could just use different burning software like Nero to make your Audio CD's. I've never burned a cd with MP but first thing I'd do is go through all the options and check to see if there is anything in there about closing the disk.
