VOIP Chat online whilst playin games! Help!!

hola everyone!
Wondering if any of you can help me out...
Im trying to host a voice chat channel with software such as Roger Wilco, Team Speak etc but can only host a Local channel...
Ive been told to try and open ports to allow the connection to go through but dont know how to do that...
Ive passed the software through my firewall , and have also tried hosting with the firewall disabled but with no luck.
I am connecting to the internet through my router which is using that DHCP thing to assign me an IP automatically.
Any help would be great!
Thanks in advance :bringit:

Now, let us assume your computer's PRIVATE IP address is 192.168.1.100, and your router's INTERNAL PRIVATE IP is 192.168.1.1 (and EXTERNAL IP, which is public on the internet, is 65.65.65.65).
I believe Roger Wilco uses TCP/UDP port 3782 and 3783, so, access your router's admin console and configure it to forward ports as following:
Port to forward start: 3782
Port to forward end: 3783
Destination IP: 192.168.1.100
Type: TCP and UDP
Your router may slightly differ, but the concept is the same in all router's.
Test if it works by connecting your Roger Wilco client to your router's public IP, 65.65.65.65 and see if that works. Also disable the firewall for testing purposes.
Will try and fiddle with my router then, not much of a wizard on it really but will give it ago
