SATA Raid on Abit NF-7S

I have a Sata 120 WD hooked up on my NF-7S Abit with XP and I want to add another 120 WD in RAID. Any tricks or tips or do I just add the drive?

    You can't just go from a single drive to a RAID array. A reformat is necessary. This is due to the method RAID arrays store data - since the bytes of a file alternate between the drives, it's pretty much impossible to form a RAID array with an existing partition on a drive.
