Can any body help please?!!!

I have Windows XP
when i click on the right button of the mouse on any icon on the desktop or in the hard disks, it doesn't work and a msgbox comes. the msgbox says:

The instruction at "0x021d415b" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written."

What should i do?
help me please!!
i can't copy or delete or rename any file in my computer.

    What type of mouse are you using? Microsoft, Logitech, etc? And did you install any kind of mouse software? Have you changed out the mouse lately? Have you had any other glitches show up on the pc?

    run memtest as well.

    If you dont have too much installed, or just dont mind, I would try a reformat. I havent really ever heard of this problem, but i'll see what I can dig up

    i have the same problem after i install dr.divx.
    during the installation i become this message
    "0x021d415b" referenced memory at "0x00000000"
    after the installation i have the problem.
    (see attachment)
    it´s something wrong with the "encodedivxext.dll"
    after i deleted the dll i had no problems anymore.
