help on overclocking (noob)

i'm new to all this overclocking so can anyone tell me how far i can (safely) overclock my system without doing any damage please
heres what i have in my comp

amd athlon 64 2800+ (bog standard fan)
asus K8N
gforce fx5200 128mb graphix
1gb memory pc2700 (not the expensive stuff)
60gb hdd
3 internal fans (they bog standard too 1 with flashy lights:-))
(anything else you need to know???)

    i don't think you'll be able to OC too much, mostly becuase of your pc2700 memory. also, what kind of heatsink/fan are you useing?

    the heatsink/fan is the one that came out of the box with the cpu, i can run joint ops for about 2and a half hours and when i check the cpu temp it only shows about 30 degrees C
