Multiplier and Vcore

If I was able to find a similar NF2 board with Multiplier and V-core settings is it possible to remove and add these settings to another set of Awards Bios? I have a FIC AU31 (K7M-NF18G) that came in a Emachine that really was limited in Bios settings. Using Modbin I was able to enable alot except Multiplier and Vcore so wasn't sure if this is possible. Thanks
