i built a pc for a friends father using this board 512mb ram and a retail amd semperon 2400 chip.worked for a week no probs but today when its switched on no hard drive light,no post beep,no graphics of bios loading or os.cooling fan on chip is working tried different graphics card still same probs.any body any ideas before i go back to the shop where i purchased the parts.

    Sounds like something is shorting out the motherboard. Maybe 1 too many standoffs?
