Can't change Avatar

Deleted my Cowboys avi and can't put a new one up. Anyone know whats up?
There's no option to change it out. Only thing there is the Icrontian cow.

    I dont know, mine is pretty plain and simple, just upload it... maybe its a browser problem? I HIGHLY doubt it, but I dont know what would cause that...

    I changed over to Firefox and it still doesn't have the bottom window for uploading custom avatar.

    Ok I got ya setup hawk, it was a issue with the moderators usergroup setup. Took a break of sorts last week since I didn't have school so sorry it took me a week to get to it.

    Still don't have the last box down, that lets you upload custom avi.
    Tried Firefox, and Opera. It just doesn't show the whole bottom panel.

    I can now upload a profile pic so when people go to my public profile, they can see a pic there. Never had that before. But still no upload custom avatar. Hehehehe, We'll get it yet. Just razzin you Aranyic. :p
